The JCR78 Spray System is designed to help any professional stain company to become more efficient by saving time and money.
This unit can be mounted in a truck or on a trailer eliminating the carrying of convential sprayers while the the manifold design
allows you to change stain colors effortlessly.
With the JCR78's unique design, when the unit is running, stain is continuously circulating.

The JCR78 Elite Spray System
The Elite package is priced at $13,100.00 and includes the following:
5.5 HP Commercial Honda motor with electric start
Battery included mounted with battery hold downs
High Pressure Pump
Brass regulating valve ( 5 to 300 psi) with gauge
2 Cox hose reels with heavy duty hydraulic swivel
Each reel comes with 300 feet of nylon braided hose
2 complete wands ( triggers, wands, spray tips, caps and 4 inch nipple)
2 50 gallon tanks for primary colors
1 50 gallon tank for bleaching with 1 12 volt shurflo pump with quick connect couplers to go from staining to cleaning in seconds (not shown)
Siphon assembly design for unique colors
Stain tanks come with emergency shut off valves
Valves are color coated to tanks for easy use
All hoses come with swivel fitting for easy maintenance
